Hoity is an educational platform designed to help users learn about cultural topics including wine, history, arts, etiquette, lifestyle, and philosophy through interactive lessons, quizzes, and gamified learning experiences. The Service is available through our mobile applications and web platform.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free and Premium Services
Hoity offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions provide additional features such as unlimited hearts, no advertisements, and exclusive content.
4.2 Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your app store account. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Content related to alcohol is intended for users of legal drinking age; always drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
